You'll work closely with our General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage our dedicated team, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. We're seeking someone with a background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance performance and morale.
• Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
• A strong background in hospitality management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience managing a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
