Responsibilities
- Aid the General Manager in overseeing the store's daily operations
- Create and manage an annual budget in collaboration with department heads and the General Manager, conducting audits to ensure profitability
- Analyze departmental performance, identify problem areas, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability
- Support the Human Resources department in enhancing turnover management, employee motivation, and growth and retention through employee support
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Show excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Have previous experience managing a team, particularly in a hospitality role such as a department manager
- Exhibit strong customer service experience as a manager with a guest-focused mentality
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a preference for those with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management
- High school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred

$45,000 - $58,000/year
