Compensation: $217,000 – $300,000 annually.

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise teams on financial privacy laws
  • Lead the maintenance of company's privacy program
  • Develop and manage privacy impact assessments
  • Collaborate with product counsel on privacy in product design
  • Conduct general and role-specific privacy training sessions
  • Support scenario planning exercises for the security team
  • Monitor and implement regulatory changes in privacy and security laws

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house
  • Expertise in building or maintaining privacy and security programs
  • Experience with AI governance and enablement
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong ability to translate legal guidance into actionable advice
  • Background in crafting privacy policies and assessing business risks
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior management
