Assistant General Counsel - Litigation

Location: Irving, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Provide legal counseling on complex litigation and investigations
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and subpoenas
• Manage complex eDiscovery workflows and legal holds
• Develop cases for trial with paralegals and witnesses
• Counsel business clients on litigation risks
• Work with insurers to establish insurance coverage
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing case strategies

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 8-12 years of active litigation experience
• Strong background in complex eDiscovery issues
• In-house litigation experience preferred
• Membership in the State Bar of any U.S. State
• Superior research, writing, and communication skills
• Proven track record in managing significant litigation matters

Pay

$200,640 – $300,960 annually
