About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager oversees the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Highest level of professionalism and reliability
  • Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $58,800 to $76,000. This is the pay range for this position that Park Hyatt Aviara reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
