Responsibilities
- Support daily Front Office operations and colleague performance
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
- Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members
- Process payroll and support accurate timekeeping practices
- Maintain cash control procedures for Front Office agents
- Provide personalized service and support for VIP guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction goals and service standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Promote and enforce safety standards and operational procedures
Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel leadership experience
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of computers and systems
- Successful problem solving skills
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Must have a valid drivers license
