Assistant Front Office Manager
About the role
Endeavor Hospitality Group is a boutique hotel management company based in New York City. We are currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team at the newly designed Courtyard Marriott in the vibrant Hudson Yards district.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive top-tier service scores.
- Foster a positive and engaged front office culture through training, development, and team-building opportunities.
- Ensure all team members understand and follow Consistent Operating Procedures (COPs).
- Promote a collaborative, friendly work environment with strong team morale and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- 1–2 years of prior management or supervisory experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Mariott brand experience is a plus.
Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000/year
