Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains current list of available rooms for walk situations.
- Clocks in and out as needed.
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Pre-registers guests according to standards.
- Hires, coaches, and disciplines direct reports.
- Interacts positively and professionally with guests to resolve issues.
- Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
- Works nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years in similar leadership role.
- High School education, post-high school education preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Pay
$20 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule
