About the role

The Assistant Football Coach - RB's position at Coronado is seeking an experienced individual to lead the running back unit. The coach will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the team's performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for running backs
• Work closely with the head coach to develop game plans and strategies
• Manage player development and conduct individualized training sessions
• Attend all home and away games and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in coaching, education, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with running backs and knowledge of NFL rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of offensive plays and formations
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Proficiency in video analysis tools
