About the role

The Assistant Coach will support the head coach in developing sport-specific skills and fostering sportsmanship among the football team.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in implementing game plans and strategies
• Work with players to improve their individual and team skills
• Encourage positive sportsmanship and teamwork

Requirements

• Current State of Connecticut Coaching Permit
• Completed Module 15 Concussion training
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
