Assistant Football Coach

Qualifications

• Current coaching endorsement or authorization
• Support the head coach in implementing the program vision focused on athlete development, safety, and respect.
• Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and staff while reinforcing the direction of the program.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being.
• Contribute to a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation.
• Assist in planning and running purposeful practices and preparing athletes for competition.
• Achieve ongoing professional growth and support the long-term success of the program.
