Assistant Football Coach - 2nd Posting

About the role

The position involves assisting in the coaching of the 2nd Post-Season Football Team at Yulee Middle School.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and executing practices and games.
• Assist in maintaining team discipline and ensuring player safety.
• Work closely with the athletic director and other coaches to ensure the smooth operation of the football program.

Requirements

• A valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or America Health and Safety Institute/Health and Safety Institute (HSI).

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Skills

• Knowledge of youth sports development and coaching techniques.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
