What you’ll do:
- Work directly alongside the floor staff to guarantee prompt and effective meal delivery
- Answer incoming calls and secure table bookings meticulously
- Supervise catered events and group gatherings to ensure flawless execution and timing
- Listen to patron feedback and collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues quickly
- Review incoming inventory shipments to confirm accurate amounts and acceptable quality
- Welcome arriving patrons, guide them to their tables, and offer beverage and food menus
- Enforce all safety, fire, and sanitation regulations within the facility
- Pitch in with table maintenance and beverage service during peak hours
What we’re looking for:
- A two-year college degree or higher focused on hospitality
- At least two years of experience working in the hospitality sector
- Proficiency with typical office software and strong interpersonal skills
- The physical stamina to stand for long shifts and safely move items weighing up to 50 pounds
