The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager oversees the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, and training staff, ensuring compliance with laws and operating procedures, and coordinating special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Benefits

Wage ranges from $70,304.00 to $71,000.00 annually
