Primary Responsibilities
- Aid in directing and leading the property's three full-service restaurants.
- Support restaurant leadership in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Manage team performance and maintain facilities to The ‘Quin House service standards.
- Ensure high member satisfaction and exceptional dining experiences.
- Implement food & beverage strategy aligned with organizational policies and goals.
- Develop and recommend annual budget, marketing plans, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze cost center financial performance.
- Manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for the restaurant.
- Hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel staff.
- Ensure policies on employee performance appraisals are followed.
- Assure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal regulations.
- Create a dynamic menu for all outlets that evolves regularly.
- Investigate and resolve member complaints regarding food quality and service.
About This Role
Provide leadership and foster a respectful, supportive work environment. Manage and coordinate planning, training, and leadership for the restaurant teams. Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations. Oversee purchasing and inventory management.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Preferred experience in startup or opening hotels/restaurants.
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Results-driven leader with a track record of execution and creativity.
- Strong team player with a supportive attitude and a sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability for process excellence and project management.
- Experience implementing new F&B concepts preferred.
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and Employment Legislation.
- Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
