Responsibilities

  • Schedule, forecast and train staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and all operating procedures
  • Coordinate special events at the hotel
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements as necessary
  • Maintain financial transactions and budget adherence, including payroll

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
  • Previous experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage strongly preferred
  • Experience with training, financial management and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous luxury brand experience preferred
  • Previous experience with managing in a union environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
