Responsibilities
- Aid in overseeing daily F&B operations including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet services
- Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B team members
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance management
- Promote a positive, guest-focused culture
- Support cost control measures including labor, food, and beverage costs
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain compliance with alcohol service laws and hotel policies
- Hold oneself to brand standards and service protocols
- Aid in coordinating and executing meetings, events, and private dining
- Collaborate with sales and kitchen teams to deliver seamless experiences
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership and team development skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Financial awareness and cost control
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
