About the role
This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests at Hermitage Country Club.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the daily operational of all dining outlets, events, and banquet services
- Ensuring a high level of service, staff development, and member satisfaction
- Staff training, supporting and coaching staff with hands-on service
- Working with culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Scheduling, managing front-of-house staff
- Handling member requests
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Successfully planning and executing club events, private events, and exceptional dining experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage and train staff effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with event planning and coordination

Pay
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience
