About the role

The main objective of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is to support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, along with catering & events to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage execution.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering & events
• Assist with scheduling, training and mentoring associates
• Support service standards
• Oversee sanitation and compliance
• Develop guest relationships
• Promote departmental communication while upholding brand and ownership standards

Pay

Compensation: $62,354 annually
