Assistant Fitness Director

About the role

This is a unique and powerful opportunity for an Assistant Fitness Director to join Workout Anytime, one of the fastest-growing Fitness Franchises. The role is within the company's new and existing clubs, and the position is part of a results-focused organization with over 20 years of experience in building and growing personal training clientele.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of personal trainers
• Develop and implement training programs
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to the overall success of the fitness club

Requirements

• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in fitness management and sales
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passionate about fitness and changing lives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Fitness related field preferred
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged but on-the-job training will be provided
