Assistant Fitness Director

About the Role

We are interviewing for an Assistant Fitness Director to work in our new and existing clubs, one of the fastest‑growing fitness franchises dedicated to changing lives with passion. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a career in fitness within a results‑focused organization that has over 20 years of experience growing personal‑training clientele inside supportive fitness clubs. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, supporting clients in achieving their health goals, and collaborating with a network of trainers across more than 175 locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a champion for client success.
• Assist members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized guidance and support.
• Collaborate with trainers across the network to create a supportive “cheering section” for each client.
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of personal‑training services.
• Participate in ongoing education and training provided by industry experts.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork to foster a positive club environment.

Requirements

• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) and/or a B.S. in a health‑ and‑fitness‑related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably in fitness management and sales.
• Outgoing personality with excellent customer‑service skills.
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for fitness and changing lives.
• Experience and/or related degrees are encouraged; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
