Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to field sales representatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales skills.
- Evaluate sales performance and provide feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of home design and/or interior decorating industry.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
