Assistant Field Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

• Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
• Aid in the planning, management, and execution of field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
• Manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
• Represent Bath Cabinet Experts' exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
• Aid in additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
• Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

Who You Are

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials
