Assistant, Facilities & Maintenance

About the role

The Facilities team supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Pandora’s Distribution Center. Partnering closely with Operations, Safety, and external vendors, the team ensures building systems, infrastructure, and workspaces are maintained to support uninterrupted daily operations.

Your Role as Facilities & Maintenance Assistant

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, electrical, and general facility systems
• Respond to work orders and facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential risks
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA and company standards
• Support and escort vendors, verifying work quality and safety compliance
• Aid in small facility projects, space moves, and infrastructure improvements

What is needed to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or handyman roles
• Exposure to HVAC, electrical, or general building systems maintenance
• Basic working knowledge of tools, equipment, and preventative maintenance practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and respond to work orders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills when working with internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to perform physical work safely, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Vocational, technical, or associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Pay

Maryland Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
