Assistant F&B Outlet Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise an F&B Outlet and manage the daily operations
• Supports, administers, and manages operational goals
• Maintains and develops procedures for food service
• Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members
• Assists in the budget process for the department
• Enforces gaming laws and regulations
• Assists in maintaining cost control methods and procedures
• Manages work procedures and expedites workflow
• Provides recommendation for staffing and scheduling
• Evaluates team members and delivers feedback

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Associates degree (A.A) in related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of Food and Beverage experience
• Minimum two years’ previous supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues
• Write reports and business correspondence
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Compute rates, ratios, and percentages
• Interpret bar graphs
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Successfully completed ServSafe Alcohol training certification course

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
