Responsibilities
- Supervise an F&B Outlet and manage the daily operations
- Supports, administers, and manages operational goals
- Maintains and develops procedures for food service
- Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members
- Assists in the budget process for the department
- Enforces gaming laws and regulations
- Assists in maintaining cost control methods and procedures
- Manages work procedures and expedites workflow
- Provides recommendation for staffing and scheduling
- Evaluates team members and delivers feedback
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Associates degree (A.A) in related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of Food and Beverage experience
- Minimum two years’ previous supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues
- Write reports and business correspondence
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Interpret bar graphs
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Successfully completed ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
Skills
