About the role
As part of our design and process teams, you will work on water and wastewater projects, including drinking water/wastewater/reuse treatment facility upgrades, conveyance systems, and stormwater management.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing engineering deliverables, such as sampling studies, condition assessments, process modeling, hydraulics, and design reports.
- Work directly with senior level engineering team, providing mentoring opportunities to learn and develop.
- Manage data for process modeling and design.
- Attend client and internal project management meetings.
- Coverage with manufacturers and vendors to select equipment.
- Support multiple projects from planning through construction.
- Participate in fieldwork and site visits (mostly in-state).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental or civil engineering.
- Strong interest in the water/wastewater industry.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience within the water/wastewater industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT certification.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering.
