Assistant Early Childhood Soccer Coach
About the role
The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Assistant Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. No soccer experience needed!
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and educational activities for children aged 1 to 7
- Ensure safety for all children during activities
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun with a stress-free environment
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
- Have a blast and be open-minded
- Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

Schedule
Every Saturday from 9am to 1pm at the Redmond Community Center with the option to add on other hours throughout the week if interested.
