The Opportunity
The Opportunity: Wings Over is seeking an Assistant District Manager & Trainer to join our team. As an Assistant District Manager & Trainer, you will be responsible for training staff and developing teams in a quick-service restaurant. This person will serve our restaurants in the Northeast United States, including MA, CT, NY, and VT.

Day in the Life
- Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
- Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over
- Ensures approved standard operating procedures are established and followed
- Ensures food safety by leading disciplined execution in FOH and BOH, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Serves a consistent product and service by providing proper team training and giving regular feedback
- Resolves conflicts promptly in a thoughtful, empathetic, and fair manner
What You Bring to the Table
- Three (3) years of food service experience (line-level or management); At least one (1) of those years in fast-casual/QSR industry
- Serv-Safe Certification required
- Flexible schedule- available nights, holidays, and weekends
- Passionate about food and guest service
- Able to manage store operations independently
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Calm and collected in moments of pressure
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and can stand for prolonged periods of time
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance
