About the role
The Blaine County office seeks a managing attorney to handle all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases. Preference will be given to attorneys with at least five (5) years of prosecution experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases
- Advocate for and support crime victims
- Direct appropriate offenders toward treatment and rehabilitation
- Protect the public by aggressively prosecuting violent crime
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, efficiency, and professionalism
Requirements
- Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation
- Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma

- Possess excellent oral advocacy, legal analysis and legal writing and editing skills
- Show strong organizational, interpersonal communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
