Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration/healthcare administration or currently working towards completion of.
  2. Other bachelor’s degrees will be considered if leadership experience is met.
  3. At least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role:
    • Budget and cost control
    • Productivity metrics and performance improvement
    • Understanding service line profitability
    • Staff management
    • Physician relations and collaboration
    • Multi-site or regional operational oversight
    • Strategic thinking
    • Specialty clinics background

Skills

  • Familiarity with:
    • Clinical workflows in medical practice
    • DNV, RHC and HOPD standards
    • Patient throughput, access and care coordination
    • Reward cycle basics (billing, coding, reimbursement)

Benefits

Upon successful completion of the program, the fellow will be promoted to and converted into the role of Assistant Director.
