About the role

Supports the educational mission of the consortium by providing academic instruction and support services to students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with district curriculum and standards.
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with state and federal educational guidelines.
  • Assess student progress through various methods and provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and report grades as required by the school district.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
  • Valid teaching license in the state of Michigan.
  • At least two years of teaching experience preferred.
