Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized regulatory team operations for the company Cancer Center
- Develop and implement regulatory processes and strategies
- Collaborate with other Assistant Directors to ensure cohesive operation
- Monitor compliance, communication, and patient satisfaction metrics
- Lead training and development initiatives for regulatory staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or clinical research
- Expert knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Pay
$105,000 – $174,000 annually
