About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee centralized regulatory team operations for the company Cancer Center
  • Develop and implement regulatory processes and strategies
  • Collaborate with other Assistant Directors to ensure cohesive operation
  • Monitor compliance, communication, and patient satisfaction metrics
  • Lead training and development initiatives for regulatory staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or clinical research
  • Expert knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Pay

$105,000 – $174,000 annually
