Assistant Director, Prospect Research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in prospect development or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work and interact respectfully within a diverse and inclusive environment.
• In-depth knowledge and facility with various databases (Blackbaud a plus) and Microsoft applications.
• Capable of working efficiently and quickly to respond to unanticipated requests when required.
• Familiarity with free and paid prospect research and wealth screening tools.
• Experience with Lexis Nexis and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain constituent records confidentiality.
