Assistant Director, Program Management and Reporting

Information Technology$165k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "What We Offer", "Position Summary", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications". Possibly also "Benefits" (What We Offer includes benefits). Also "Pay" (salary range). Also "Schedule"? Not present. So we include sections: About the role? Not exactly; we have "Who We Are" maybe as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. "Who We Are" could be About the role? Actually About the role is about the job; but we have Position Summary. Could treat "Who We Are" as About the role? Might be better to have "About the PCAOB" but not in list. The instruction says we can use those examples but not required to exactly match; we should use those headings when appropriate. We have content for: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" and "Position Summary" combined?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Also Skills? There's a "Technical Expertise, Skills And Abilities" section; we could put under Skills. Requirements maybe part of Qualifications. We'll create sections: About the role (combining Who We Are and Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to include Pay section only if posting states salary range; yes it does. Benefits section: we have many benefits listed under What We Offer. We'll put them in a Benefits section. Skills section: from "Technical Expertise, Skills And Abilities". We'll list items. Qualifications: education/experience etc. Responsibilities: list of bullet points from responsibilities sections. About the role: combine Who We Are and Position Summary paragraphs. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes none besides maybe "We are hiring mission-driven professionals..." which is part of Who We Are. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

Who we are paragraph(s) + Position Summary paragraph(s). We'll combine into maybe two paragraphs. But we must not duplicate lines. We'll extract substantive text. Who We Are: "Join us and make a difference in global investor protection. The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a nonprofit organization established by Congress, oversees the audits of public companies and SEC-registered brokers and dealers to protect investors and to further the public interest in the preparation of independent, accurate, and informative audit reports. Our investor protection mission is focused on modernizing audit standards, enhancing audit inspections, and strengthening enforcement of PCAOB rules and standards and other related laws and rules. People are at the heart of our mission at the PCAOB. As we carry out that mission, we strive to uphold the highest standards in audit quality with investors’ families, savings, and futures in mind. We are hiring mission-driven professionals interested in a career with purpose, competitive benefit offerings, and work-life flexibility. If you are interested in working with a group of talented professionals to protect investors and drive audit quality and innovation while adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct, join us." Position Summary: "The PCAOB has a full-time, regular position for an Assistant Director, Program Management and Reporting in the Enterprise Strategy and Program Management Office (ESPMO) within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO). Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role leads the PCAOB’s Program Management Office and is accountable for enterprise program oversight, project management governance, delivery standards, project management delivery, and executive reporting on projects and strategic priorities. The role also requires the ability to evaluate and responsibly apply emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve project delivery, reporting efficiency, decision support, and enterprise portfolio visibility. This role centralizes program oversight, project governance, project management support and project reporting within the ESPMO, aligning enterprise strategy execution, project management standards, performance tracking, and executive reporting under one accountable function. The incumbent leads a small team of project managers and operates the PMO as the PCAOB’s Center of Excellence for project management practice and will also lead project management efforts. The role partners closely with the Office of Technology (OT), including the Assistant Director, OT Portfolio Management, as well as Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Risk Management, and division and office leaders across the organization. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented leader who exercises sound judgment and communicates with credibility at all levels, including the Board and leadership." We'll put these as two

under About the role. Responsibilities: multiple bullet points. We'll create

    • for each bullet. We need to capture all bullet points from Responsibilities sections: there are subheadings: Program Management Office Leadership, Project Management Governance and Standards, Enterprise and Executive Reporting, Portfolio Visibility, Risk, and Dependency Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management, People Leadership and Supervision. We'll put all these under a single
maybe grouped? Could separate by subheadings but instruction only says use

for section headings; we could add subheadings but not required. We'll just list all responsibilities in one list. Qualifications: we have Education/Experience and Technical Expertise, Skills And Abilities. We'll separate Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical expertise). So Qualifications section includes bullet points for education/experience. Education/Experience bullets: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field required. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, including experience in a program or project management office; minimum of 5 years leading teams or managing project management professionals. - Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing program and project governance frameworks, delivery standards, intake and prioritization processes, and enterprise reporting in complex, cross-functional environments. - Experience producing executive- and board-level reporting on portfolios, programs, and strategic priorities. - Experience delivering both technology and non-technology initiatives using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. We'll put these as
        • . Skills section: from "Technical Expertise, Skills And Abilities". The text cut off: "Deep knowledge of program and project management standards, governance models, portfolio management, risk and dependency management, benefits". It seems incomplete; but we need to preserve whatever is there. The snippet ends abruptly; maybe there is more but not provided. We'll include what we have: "Deep knowledge of program and project management standards, governance models, portfolio management, risk and dependency management, benefits". Might be incomplete but we must not invent. We'll include that as a bullet. Also maybe there are more skills but not given. We'll just include that. Benefits section: from What We
