Founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1899, Saint Elizabeth University (SEU) is a community of learning in the Catholic liberal arts tradition for students of diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute visits to high schools in assigned territory to promote Saint Elizabeth University
  • Represent Saint Elizabeth University at all applicable college fairs (day, night, and weekend travel required)
  • Maintain professional relationships with school counselors and independent counselors in assigned territory
  • Maintain consistent contact with inquiries to convert to applicants through interviews, phone calls, texts, and email
  • Maintain contacts with applicants to assist in converting them to enrolled students
  • Interview students and follow up with an appropriate personal note
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan toward achieving enrollment goals for assigned territory
  • Read and review applications for assigned territory
  • Enter admission decisions for applications generated for territory and other areas when necessary
  • Present information sessions to prospective families and students about Saint Elizabeth University
  • Provide campus tours for prospective students and families
  • Work collaboratively with the Dean of Admissions to identify a calendar of pertinent communications through the enrollment cycle
  • Attend recruitment events such as open house and admitted student days (Eagles’ Days) hosted by the offices of Student Success and Admissions
  • Greet families and promote Saint Elizabeth University while answering student questions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Flexible schedule allowing for work/travel outside of regular business hours, including weeknights and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously, be punctual, dependable, self-directed, and motivated
  • Familiarity with Google Suite as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn CRM programs such as Slate, Ellucian Powercampus, etc.
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
