Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
- Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides and social workers to ensure client and patient goals are met
- Manage Medicare Regulations, OASIS standards, and Quality Assurance Process Improvement (QAPI)
- Supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
- Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
- Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Effectively manage profitability related to the delivery of quality patient/client care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in South Dakota
- Ability to work in office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home healthcare
- At least 3 years of supervisory and caregiver management experience
- CPR certification
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
- Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
