Assistant Director of Nursing, RN

About the role

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to lead their CCRC. This role is ideal for a clinical leader passionate about person-centered care and building strong, cohesive teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on resident acuity.
• Maintain infection control protocols and monitor clinical quality areas.
• Participate in various committees to improve clinical operations and compliance.
• Review clinical outcomes and collaborate with the Director of Nursing.
• Develop and maintain the clinical operational budget for the nursing department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for surveys.

Requirements

• Current RN license with no restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Experience with an EMR system is preferred.
• Must obtain Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.

Pay

$120-150k per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
