Position Summary

The Assistant Director of our PN nursing program will report to the Director of Nursing and must be a registered nurse with excellent clinical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, develop and implement faculty orientation and mentoring
• Facilitate overall program communication, serving as liaison between administration, faculty, and students
• Assist in clinical coordination

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an institutionally accredited school (e.g., ACEN, CCNE)
• Current RN license in the state of the campus location
• Two years of management experience preferred
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a nursing specialty setting preferred
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
• Experience with computer technology, including Learning Management Systems for remote synchronized and online blended learning curriculum delivery
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Off‑site travel required
