Hours: M-F Business Hours
Salary Range: $147,000 - $152,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing standards to ensure excellence, continuity of care, and alignment with organization's Core Values.
- Establish individualized nursing care goals and guides the clinical team to deliver appropriate care and complete required documentation.
- Act as an advocate for residents and families, providing leadership during crises and supporting residents in achieving their highest level of functioning.
- Lead, supervise, evaluate, and manage all nursing staff within the unit while modeling a culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and family collaboration.
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Clinical Pediatric Nursing experience
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master of Science degree (required)
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BCLS certification
- Strong background and passion for working with the Pediatric population
