About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing CI is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within the Howard View facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve nursing quality and patient outcomes.
• Manage nursing budget and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience in healthcare administration or similar field preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

$111,484.00 - $137,401.00/year, with potential growth to $173,775.00/year.
