Assistant Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Support Unit Managers and ensure quality resident care
• Oversee infection control efforts and reporting
• Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development
• Determine and manage staffing needs
• Aid in policy and procedure review and updates
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations
• Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Montana (or ability to transfer)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
• Nurse leadership/management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Pay

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
