We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title heading. Must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to parse posting. Key sections: - About the role: The description after "General Information" maybe. There's a paragraph describing role. Also "About JMU Mission" etc but that's about university, not role. The role description: "The Assistant Director of Global and International Research Engagement provides strategic leadership..." That's about role. So we can have

About the role

with

containing that description. - Responsibilities: The "Duties And Responsibilities" list. Use

  • for each duty. - Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Qualifications Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". We can combine into Requirements section? The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. Probably "Qualifications" heading for required and preferred. Could also have "Requirements" for required qualifications and "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as part of same. But we should not create thin sections. We can have one

    Qualifications

containing both required and preferred as paragraphs or lists. - Skills: Could extract from qualifications: interpersonal, communication, cross-cultural engagement skills etc. Could make a Skills section. But we might combine into Qualifications. - Benefits: There's mention of Dual Career and Community Resources Program. That's a benefit. Also maybe "Conditions Of Employment" includes background check, E-Verify. Not benefits. So we can have Benefits section with that program. - Pay: The posting says Pay Band: N/A, Pay Rate: Commensurate with Experience. That's not specific; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Commensurate with Experience" which is placeholder; we should not include Pay section because it's not specific. So omit Pay. - Schedule: Position Status: Full-Time. That's schedule info. Could create Schedule section with Full-Time. That's specific. So include Schedule. - Also maybe "About JMU Mission" is not role-specific; but could be considered About the role? Probably not. We'll keep About the role as the role description. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, etc. Let's extract details. No Is this a grant-funded position? Yes. This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon continued funding. Is this a Conflict of Interest designated position? No Beginning Review Date: 10/23/2026 About JMU Mission ... (we can ignore as boilerplate? It's about university, maybe not needed but could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About JMU Mission" is not exactly boilerplate but it's generic university description. Might be considered not substantive for the role. Safer to omit. General Information paragraph: "The Assistant Director of Global and International Research Engagement provides strategic leadership..." That's substantive.
