About the role

The Assistant Director of Front Office is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office department.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the front office including guest relations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hotel software systems.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
