Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations
About the Role
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations will have a fundamental understanding of all application/admission programs supported within Enrollment Operations. They will assist in training, developing, and mentoring staff, while also supporting data integrity through system analysis, file loads, data manipulation, and merging. This role aims to increase efficiencies within the enrollment dataset and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. The position will also assist the processing team during peak times and help create efficiencies in business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely import of all data and score loads from outside sources and events to initiate communication with potential students.
- Perform data manipulation and merging as needed from imports to facilitate the applicant experience.
- Mentor, develop, train, and support Application Specialists.
- Create process improvements within Enrollment Operations.
- Support Volunteer Data points for Enrollment Management.
- Assist Application Specialists during peak times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience working with admissions and CRM software preferred.
