Essential Functions

• Aid the Director of Engineering Services in maintaining preventative maintenance schedules and logs.
• Assist in the procurement of supplies and issuance of purchase orders.
• Review and prioritize work orders, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Maintain inventories of heat, light & power, and repair and maintenance supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and assist the Engineering staff on a shift basis.
• Take full responsibility for the Engineering Department in the absence of the Director of Engineering Services.
• Understand and adhere to Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation protocols.
• Be familiar with Omni's systems and services procedures.
