About the role
The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of hotel and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating. You will respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint, and decorating maintenance.
- Respond to guest and operational inquiries and problems efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons’ policies and standards.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of blueprints, wiring diagrams, and hydraulics.
- Proficiency in operating computer equipment, MS Excel, and Word.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
