Assistant Director of Building Operations
Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Building Operations is responsible for the difficult professional work directing, planning, implementing and supervising facilities engineering, construction, maintenance and support services including building, grounds and equipment maintenance, purchasing and environmental services, and related work as apparent or assigned.
The Assistant Director will manage custodial services, including hiring and onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations.

- Salary: $103,809—This position is considered Non Affiliated Exempt from overtime.

Work Week Schedule
40 hours per week, 260 working days per year, 12 month
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, HVAC, construction, engineering, or related field and considerable experience in administration, facilities management, HVAC, construction, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Class C- Chiefs Boilers License strongly preferred, ability to obtain Class C- Chiefs Boiler License within a year required.
