Assistant Director of Admissions - Undergraduate Admissions
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide what goes into lists.
Responsibilities: list of duties from Primary Duties & Responsibilities. Also maybe Working Conditions? But we can keep responsibilities as list.
Requirements: list of required qualifications: Bachelor's degree; No specific certification/professional license required; No specific work experience required; Driver's license not required. Could be list.
Qualifications: list of preferred qualifications: 1 to 3 years of higher education or related experience, preference given to admissions; Previous presentation experience; Previous project management experience; Fluency in more than one language; Experience working with diverse populations; Higher Education Or Related, Preferably In Admissions (1 Year). Also maybe include skills? But skills separate.
Skills: list of skills.
Benefits: list of benefits items.
Pay: maybe just a paragraph with salary range and grade.
Schedule: paragraph with scheduled hours, ability to work outside standard hours, travel.
Also include location in About the role paragraph.
Let's craft.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." etc. Remove that.
Also remove "Management reserves the right to revise or amend duties at any time." That's boilerplate? Might be considered generic; but it's substantive? It's a statement about management rights; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove.
Also remove "Perform other duties as assigned." That's generic but maybe part of duties; but it's a standard phrase; could be considered boilerplate? Might be okay to keep? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Perform other duties as assigned." is typical boilerplate; I'd remove.
Also remove "The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget." That's explanatory but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about pay determination; could be considered substantive? It's generic but maybe keep? The instruction: remove boilerplate; this is generic HR language; I'd remove it, keep just the salary range.
Also remove "Questions For frequently asked questions about the application process, please refer to our External Applicant FAQ." That's application instruction; remove.
Remove "Accommodation ..." etc.
Remove "Pre-Employment Screening ..." etc.
Remove "EEO Statement ..." etc.
Now craft HTML.
We'll have sections:
