About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in non-QIDP settings preferred.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
