The Assistant Director of Academic Advising provides leadership, mentorship, management, and operational oversight for an academic advising center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic, proactive, and student-centered advising services that support academic success from onboarding through graduation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director, supervise and develop professional advising staff
• Oversee daily advising operations
• Work collaboratively with campus partners to advance academic success, persistence, retention, and degree completion goals
